Holding Fee Payment

Holding Fee is payable upon application acceptance (within 24 hours). This will guarantee your unit is held for you until the lease process is completed (must be within 5 days). This gives you peace of mind that your unit is not given to someone else during that time period. The $200 will be credited towards your security deposit. If you fail to follow through signing your lease agreement your Hold Fee may not be refundable. We use PayPal as our CREDIT CARD processor for security deposits. However, you DO NOT need a PayPal account as it is only used to process the credit/debit card. Choose your complex with corresponding Security Deposit/Application/Redecorating Fee, click PAY DEPOSIT and proceed as instructed. Charge will show up on your bank/credit card as TPM Management, Inc (The property management company)
